Organize volunteers into teams
Group your volunteers by team and role so scheduling and serving stay effortless.

Go to People β Teams
Each team groups several roles (e.g. Welcome Hosts, Parking Hosts) and the people assigned to them.
Add a team
Use Add team, give it a name and short description, then add the roles it needs.
Assign people to roles
Search your directory and drop people into roles. Toggle Listed on events to surface a team on the events it serves.
Ready teams
The Ready teams metric shows how many teams have every role filled β a quick health check before the weekend.
